Specifications of the QYF-50 JET MILL machine:

 

1. Feeding part: see right part, it's a manual feeding port chute on top of the vertical screw hopper.

 

2. Fluidized bed Jet Mill: fluidized bed jet mill, the mill body is very small, and there are total three air nozzles to the mill, see the mill bottom, there are three red air pipe to the mill. There's a classify wheel in top of the mill, and this wheel is drived by a water cooling high speed motor. This motor max. speed is more than 30000 rpm which can make sure the final size as fineness as it can be.

 

3. Collecting parts: Cyclone & Pulse dust collector;

there are two material collecting hopper under both the Cyclone & Dust collector.

 

4. Draught fan: the fan is placed inside the movable table.

 

5. Control part: This lab fluidized bed jet mill is automatically operated by the PLC control, this operation is very easy and convenient.

 

6. Air source system: it is not showing in this picture. The system includes: Air compressor, Air tank, Oil remover, Air cooling dryer, filter.
